A Charity Disc Golf Event benefiting the Ukiah Community Food Bank.

Check-In/Registration 9:00-10:00 Start time : 10:30

One round only. Doubles following if time permits.

Entry Fees: $20 plus 2 canned food items = DX disc
$25 plus 2 canned food items = Premium disc

DX choices = Aviar, Roc, Sidewinder, Stingray, Valkyrie
Premium choices = Boss, Monarch, Destroyer, Full color KC Roc and Buzz.

Cash payout for All divisions. 4-player minimum per division.

Long sleeve T shirts S-XL = $16, XXL =$17 Blue or Charcoal
Hooded sweatshirts S-XL = $21, XXL =$23 Black or Maroon

Nested minis collectors set = $6.50
Extra discs = $10 for DX, $17 for Premium

Pre-payment required for all clothing and to guarantee a specific disc. If you are unable to attend the event but would like to place an order, please call me and we can arrange delivery. I will order extra discs so that players unable to pre-register will still be able to participate. New and collectible discs for sale as well. Russian DGC 2008 Full color $25.

All orders must be paid or confirmed by January 5, 2009.
