John Ross announces the 24 Karet Gold Tourney for Mixed Doubles will take place from Friday, April 18th through Sunday, April 20th, 2008. The first John McLeod (Old Man John) Memorial will take place next Saturday, February 23rd, at Highland Springs in Lakeport.
Checkin time will be 9:30am. In addition to tournament play, there will be a ceremonial scattering of Peaches’ (John’s Pug) ashes on the course. Come out and honor the memory of ‘Old Man John’ who was a fixture on North-Bay courses.
